You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund in the form of store credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping AMPed Styles charges shipping by the total order weight.
Shipping Costs Per Order:
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges of any kind. We instead encourage you to return the item within the acceptable time-frame and purchase the alternate item. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days. All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable. To start a return, you can contact us at Maggie@ampedstyles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact Maggie@ampedstyles.com with any questions regarding returns. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund (in the form of store credit) was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a credit within three business days..
